The unit appeared clean and the beds were comfortable, however, the water in the faucets and shower had a dark appearance. The wifi was extremely weak and could not even support video streaming at 240p. The cable TV also stopped functioning after the first night, and attempts to contact the host for assistance were unsuccessful. The TV remote's battery was almost depleted, which required frequent removal of batteries to adjust the volume or change channels. To access the pool and clubhouse amenities, an extra fee of 1,500 php per pax was charged, but it was later discovered that an additional fee was required to use the bowling facilities. The food was overpriced, and the buffet option, which had a minimal food selection, cost 950 php per pax. Unfortunately, Pico de Loro was not well-maintained, and the beach was dirty. Additionally, there were no stores available in the area for basic necessities. Overall, we had a disappointing experience and will not be returning.
