This was our second time staying at the Water Street property and have enjoyed ourselves both times.

The Water Street condo is easy to find and has a great view of the river from the patio. The neighborhood has lots of great restaurants and shopping opportunities within easy walking distance. The place is comfortable and very clean. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in the door. We’d love to visit again.

en général c'était correct stationnement loin de l unité, terrasse plein d'excréments d'oiseaux, beaucoup trop de règles de ménage, ils nous demandent de mettre les serviettes dans un sac, sortir les poubelle etc...quand on paye un service de ménage. ils ont en plus annulé mon code pour entrer dans l'unité, ont pouvait plus verrouillé la porte d entrer....

This was the perfect location for an extended weekend getaway, with perfect views of the water, Wilmington, and Battleship NC. Could not have asked for a better location. Water Street provided clear instructions that allowed for such a smooth check-in/checkout process, and the parking pass was a huge help since we traveled in/out/around Wilmington during our stay. Would recommend this location to anyone!☀️
