This is a wonderful ground floor 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment, perfect host, & in a perfect location - 10 mins or less walk to the vaporetto station (to Venice & other islands), to the beach, to restaurants, to a supermarket etc. We travelled to Venice on the train from Verona and took the vaporetto to the Lido & walked to the apartment - it was much easier than we were expecting (2 adults, 2 children, 4 bags!). The beach is lovely (Des Bains is the closest beach club - arrive at 9am for the best beds although there are plenty - we still had a private cabin at 11am on a Sunday, although it is pricey at €100 so only worth it for the day). Every restaurant we ate at was great, as were the take out places. We spent some time just relaxing on the beach, and other time exploring the main island in Venice and also a morning on Murano. We only stayed 4 nights but would happily have stayed 2 weeks! The apartment is perfect - very comfortable, clean and peaceful but such a great location.

We had a great time in this beautiful house in Lido de Venezia. Short walk to the beach, and to restaurants, shopping and the waterbus. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
