Joan’s place is the perfect location! An hours drive from Yosemite, 10 mins to the small town with all restaurants and a gorgeous view from the room!

For this price (mind you, this Airbnb was more expensive than our hotels in Vegas or in San Francisco!) we expected more. The house is very beautiful and the views are spectacular, but the room was dusty, there were spider webs and there were hairs in the shower. For this price, I feel the place should be impeccable, and unfortunately this is not the case. Under the bed there were pens and a phone case, which proves the place has not been cleaned before our arrival. Overall it’s beautiful and it has potential, but cleanliness is something that is non negotiable in an Airbnb.

Joan’s house is perfect! We had a lovely staying. Joan and her two dogs were very friendly and welcoming. We really felt at home. It takes about an hour to get to the park, but the view is amazing and it was totally worth it. We hope to get back there soon!

We found Joan’s house the perfect place to stay for a couple nights during our long and packed days in Yosemite! Joan was super welcoming and available and left us to our planning, packing and relaxing - even offering ice cream one evening! We would definitely stay here again.

Joan's place is so luxurious! We loved our stay there. Joan is also so friendly and makes you feel right at home. She's also an incredibly interesting person and we loved hearing her stories about her horse riding days.
