The house is in need of updates. The window air conditioning is not sufficient to cool the house and the placements make them difficult to keep on at night. The mattresses on some of the beds are very uncomfortable. The backyard needs some umbrellas or is unusable after being in the sun all day at the beach. The location is great, and the size of the house makes it very comfortable for a weeklong stay with a lot of people.

Charming, older home just a few houses from the beach. Windows and mattresses seemed newer, though just about everything else was dated. We loved our stay, though I could see misaligned expectations given the area / price.
