Felt like home away from home! The walk to the lake was beautiful, fishing off the rocks and swimming was a bonus, and the bunkbeds were a huge hit with our kids!

I needed a place that was in the path of the eclipse for 2024 and I found this location. I was very pleased with everything about the location and hosts! It exceeded my expectations by a lot. I got a great view straight from the deck, and I could focus on why I came. The event was amazing and the photos I took came out so good!! I am always skeptical of new places and hosts, but I am so lucky with this one! It was well furnished, clean (and I rarely find places that meet my standards), and the hosts genuinely seemed concerned with a guest’s happiness! We felt very safe, comfortable and pampered! If you are looking for a place in this location I would definitely pick this place again!!! (A small note, the small grocery store locally “family grocery” I think it was called, is a little overpriced but seemed to have most of what we needed on a whim, and it is pretty close 5-10 minute drive. If you want something I’d try there first, meat and veggies were really fresh)

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean it was private we had a wonderful time we are looking to come back when the weather is warmer.

We just got home from our stay and can’t wait to plan our next trip! Our family had the best time over Thanksgiving. The kiddos loved exploring the lake and nearby trails! We couldn’t recommend this place more! 10/10

Had a great stay and a is a great place to rest peacfully away from it all
