自我介绍

My husband and I both grew up in the Bay Area, but have both been super active and love the outdoors. So after we graduated from college, we found tech jobs that enabled us to live our dream in the mountains and raise our 3 children in a super healthy wholesome environment along with our two friendly Bernese Mountain Dogs, Bear and Cub. We have always loved having company and have been hosting large ski get-togethers for our kids with their friends and various parents for over 10 years. Now that our last kid has moved away from home, we thought it would be fun to host other adventurous and outdoor-loving people as our guests in our lodge/log home in Hope Valley where we have 4 bedrooms for you to choose from! Since this is still our full time home in every season, we are here to add a personal touch to your stay and create a welcoming, homey and interactive environment for all our guests. Our goal is to make your stay in our lodge extra special and memorable. Having lived in this area for over 30 years, we can give you recommendations from a local's perspective, tailored to your particular interests. As experienced hosts, it is very rewarding for us to share our home and mountain living with so many wonderful guests! If you are looking for an authentic experience, not just a ‘place to stay’, this is it for sure!
