Wonderful stay in Barcelona! The location is very walkable and ideal for public transport, restaurants and activities. The apartment was spotless and provided everything you need for a carefree stay. The communication was great, with any question answered timely. We highly recommend staying in this apartment. Definitely 5 star!!

We zijn ontzettend tevreden over onze keuze om hier te verblijven. Het appartement was ruim genoeg voor 2 personen, genoeg middelen aanwezig om te kunnen leven en de wekelijkse schoondienst was super. Host was erg vriendelijk en dacht mee. De locatie is geweldig. Je zit midden in het centrum van El Born en hebt alles voor de deur van restaurants, barretjes tot aan de supermarkt en winkeltjes. Het is 15 minuten lopen naar het strand Barceloneta en 10 minuten naar La Ramblas. De metro zit voor de deur waarmee je jezelf makkelijk kan verplaatsen. Al met al een super fijn appartement. We zouden zeker weer boeken als we terugkomen in Barcelona.

I stayed at Bellarts place for 5 weeks. It’s an absolute 10/10. Much better and bigger than the photos suggest. The location is perfectly placed in the city. I will definitely go back if I’m in the city. I stayed here alone but had some friends visit on and off which was perfect with the spare rooms with the single beds. Wifi was very fast. All the rooms had wardrobes and desks to work from. AC kept the flat very cold in the peak of summer. Also, the weekly cleaners did a phenomenal job and added to this place.

This was a superb Airbnb option during my 5-week summer stay in Barcelona. The apartment was perfect in every conceivable respect: quiet and calm, clean, abundant amenities, responsive property staff, and setting along an exciting stretch of Barcelona's historic El Born neighborhood. I would highly recommend this Airbnb for a month-long lodging, and I will absolutely book again during my next summer stay in beautiful BCN.

This is my 2nd stay within the same host and building in the last 5 years, and had a great experience. The apartment was clean and had cleaning service available throughout the stay. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had before our trip and throughout our stay. The location was ideal, situated near the metro station (L4) and walking distance to the beach, shops/market and restaurants. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its cleanliness, attentive host, and convenient location.
