Really a beautiful home to stay! The entire villa was neat, clean and absolutely wonderful. ACs in all the rooms were perfectly working, the bathrooms were all clean, kitchen was fully functional with RO water, fridge, gas, stove, utensils, etc. And the view from this beach facing villa is worth your money. Had morning walk along the beach and watching the sunset was the most memorable moment. Peaceful and calm neighbourhood. Thanks to Alex for warmly welcoming us and making us feel at home!

Alex’s place is very nice and Alex is an amazing host. The house: Very clean and tidy. It was exactly as it is shown in the pictures with a fully functional kitchen. I and my friends had a great time cooking food here. The only thing that separates the house from the Ashvem beach is the road. So, you are literally living on the beach. In addition to that, the bike/car rental shop is next door. The liquor shop and grocery store is also less than 5 minutes walk. In short, the location could not have been more convenient . The host: Alex is super friendly and very helpful. He was available on phone right from the time we booked. He was there to receive us and showed the place. He also helped us with cabs etc. whenever we needed. Can’t recommend him more . I would highly recommend Alex’s place irrespective of whether you are coming with friends , partner or family. Thanks Alex.
