Perfectly presented cottage in an absolutely idyllic setting. More than matched our Expectations and perfect for a family Easter getaway.

Cottage with the most beautiful view! A place to write your memoirs, to contemplate or to paint. We loved the linen on the bed and the warm feather/down duvet. We arrived late on a winters evening, and found the house snug and warm. A loaf of Castlehaven bread and local cheese was thoughtfully left to welcome us and was the cherry on top. Bright flowers throughout the cottage provided a colourful counterpoint to the occasional grey skies. Breakfast was a breeze to prepare with all the tool, gadgets, and implements at arm’s length. The meal was capped with a view of the sun rising over the crags and the endless ocean. Through the binoculars we watched the coming and going of fishing boats in the distance and birds foraging in the lush grass close to the cottage.

This is a wonderful and cosy spot in a perfect location with ideal hosts. Everything was as billed and I would recommended this cottage to anyone - in fact I will be back. Many thanks for the kind welcome gift of local cheese and home-made bread. M

Our stay at Thomas & Jane’s cottage was absolutely beautiful! There isn’t a picture you can take to truly give justice to the views and the cottage itself seems like it’s out of a fairy tale. Check in was simple and the host had the heat up for us since it was a chilly night. We stayed for a week and loved it! Only thing I would say is there was an unclear expectation for the price of bringing two dogs that was only communicated the night before we left. If you’re bringing your pups I’d reach out to the host at booking to verify charges.

We had an amazing time at Thomas and Jane's Cottage. We had a warm welcome and everything was warm and cozy when we arrived. Jane gave us a lot of tips for exploring the surroundings. Totally recommendable!
