Words can't adequately capture the experience we had at Mehrdad & Anna's place. It was a divine encounter to say the least. From the moment we arrived we felt deeply at home. We were greeted by Anna and Mehrdad who welcomed us with incredible warmth. The suite was much more spacious than we had anticipated and it's as though everything in it had a special a story. We did all sorts of cooking and food prep and the kitchen had everything we needed. We also enjoyed wonderful sleeps. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. We loved having our breakfast outside on the patio where we could listen to the birds and appreciate how the yard has been touched with such care. It was during these moments when we would talk to Mehrdad and Anna who over the course of a couple of days told us about themselves, their home and family. These moments together were heartwarming, connective and precious. The kind that remind us why we're here. We arrived as strangers and departed as family.

Mehrdad and Anna are the sweetest people. We are so lucky to have found this treasure jewel. We feel cozy, comfortable and safe in their home. Everything is so clean and well stocked, everything you could possibly need. Off street parking which makes unloading so easy. Beautiful peaceful gardens all around the home. All kinds of different beautiful flowers and plants to admire. There are really nice walking trails near by that are absolutely beautiful. We truly can’t wait to get back.

Nice quiet neighborhood. Easy access to downtown Silver Spring and DC. Hosts were very kind to check in. Clean and comfortable basement apartment.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was exactly as described and our hosts were communicative and helpful. The apartment was just right for one or two people. We will definitely stay here again.
