We were in town for a funeral. Debra’s place could not have been more perfect – it was spacious, comfortable, clean, beautiful and restorative. It was a peaceful spot to wander around outside in the yard, and also in the house which had lovely spots perfect for sitting and chatting, drinking coffee, eating or just staring at the window to view the mountains and water

We absolutely loved being in the house. It is beautifully kept, extremely clean and tastefully furnished while not feeling at all pretentious or artificial but instead feels like you are staying in a real lived in home such that even on a short stay one feels welcomed, comfortable and relaxed. Kitchen is lovely feeling both rustic as one would imagine in Vermont yet spacious and with everything one needs for cooking hanging out or eating at the cozy round table or at more beautiful more formal wood dining room table nearby. Bedrooms are extremely comfortable, the "TV room" upstairs is a great cozy and comfortable hangout room to watch movies or stream shows. Deborah was a great communicator, always quickly responsive with very helpful hints on local dining and things to do. Highly recommend this house for a stay in Southern Vermont with quick access to Stratton or Brattleboro or just to be in or wander the beautiful countryside

Four women looking for a relaxing weekend to cook and eat great food, drink wine and craft were in paradise. Deb's home was warm and welcoming. We had absolutely everything we needed and other than a trip out on Sunday morning to Mass (very warm and welcoming community) and a short walk by the river we went no where. The house was spotless and so pretty. Lots of cool antiques to look at and we learned what a cookie mold is! There's a small grocery store a few miles down the road and it had everything you could ask for. Sleeping accommodations were great. All of us old gals have sleeping issues of some sort and all if us slept like logs! Deb was a delight to work with and I'm just sorry we didn't get a chance to meet her. We are hoping to make this outing an annual event so maybe next year.

Deborah's home is gorgeous, homey and welcoming. Her gardens are exceptional and access to the river just wonderful. She was helpful and proactive in her communication and tried her very best to accommodate all requests. I highly recommend staying at Deborah's home.

Deborah’s house was wonderful! So much character, so interesting. The backyard and surrounding area are truly beautiful, so peaceful and again , so interesting. Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed. Great memories! Thank you for sharing your sweet, sweet home, Deb! ❤️
