The house is in a beautiful setting. The sunsets and rises were gorgeous. Very clean space. I think it’s priced well for what you get. My only complaints were that the pillows are very flat and stiff (might just be personal preference), and there is an ant problem in the kitchen and they travel into the bathrooms and main bedroom.

Great stay this past weekend. House is so spacious with great amenities. Great walks, fire pit and of course wineries near by. You are able to see sunrise and sunset. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect place for enjoying the Keuka area. Stayed here to visit with my daughter who is at Keuka College. Exactly as described. So much room to enjoy just hanging out with each other. Location couldn't be better. Private, close to the college and easy to access. Hosts were super responsive and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again!

I could not be more pleased. What a great place. The layout of home was perfect for us. The bed was comfortable and the futon offered a nice reading/nap space. The kitchen is exceptional with more than your basic supplies. The pellet stove offered a warm cozy environment. Very clean and a useful handbook to answer any questions. I especially enjoyed the reading with a variety of books. I cant wait to go back. Thank you Ron and Holly!!

This impeccably located vacation rental near Penn Yan boasts impressive energy efficiency, inspiring us to consider a similar build by the same company. The responsive and friendly owners make the stay even more enjoyable. For grilling enthusiasts, a gas grill would be a welcome addition, especially on windy days. Overall, a wonderful stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!
