The Tiny House was perfect. Very quiet. The bed was very comfortable! Enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings. Everything was in walking distance. It is across the street from the Ice Plant Restaurant and two buildings down from St. Augustine Fish Camp. Both excellent places to eat. We had a great time.

Awesome stay very close to the downtown st Augustine scene. The tiny house even came with a super cute little Polaroid camera we took adorable photos at our stay. Our host was extremely helpful and we would stay again. Thanks a ton!
Great stay at the Tiny House. Location is walkable to downtown but very quiet. House has everything you need and nice front and back porch.
We stayed just for one night, however it was a great time. Walking distance from historic downtown, lived all the restaurants and places to visit. Fell in love with this little town !

I live in St Augustine and absolutely love the area and the people! I am a local Realtor and work primarily in the Historic Downtown Areas and the Beaches. My wife and I have a few vacation rentals that we have fixed up and manage. The St Augustine Tiny House is downtown, and we also manage a beach condo in St Augustine Beach. We spend a lot of time in and on the water. Surfing, Sailing and Boating in this area is great. We also have a growing family with 3 children. If we are downtown, we like to ride bikes through the narrow streets stopping at the many great restaurants and watering holes along the way. If we are at the beach, then we like to set up at one of the many outdoor dining restaurants and enjoy the seabreeze and a good meal.
