Ann communicated well and provided everything we could possibly need. Home was spotless. We enjoyed sitting on the screened-in porch in the evening. Beds were comfortable. Place was quiet and relaxing. Beach was wonderful and my husband enjoyed fishing from the shore.

Ann’s place was on the beach block with a peaceful private beach. We went to Prime Hook Nature Preserve nearby and walked and ate in Lewes. Janie

Loved communicating with Ann, very personable. Place was amazing, beautiful location lots of their personal equipment to use. Took a bike ride and walked on beach. Got to see a fox too. Great experience. We were in town for a tournament, nice to have some quiet time away from the games. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here with the family and had a wonderful time. The house was a perfect size for our group and everything was set up and comfortable as soon as we arrived. We love the location in the winter, which is a short walk to the beach and is a short drive to hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, etc. Ann is a great host and was very responsive. Altogether a great house and we would love to come back again!

Absolutely loved our stay at Ann's place. she was super helpful before checking in with information to prepare for our stay. We brought our 1 yr old daughter with us and were happy to see there were items available to make our stay even better. The highchair helped us greatly. everything was exactly as described. Appreciated little things that made a quick weekend trip easier. Thanks for a great stay!
