Excellent location! We loved being on the water and being able to walk into Sutton's Bay. It was also great to be next to a lovely public park. We loved the private beach, docks, and the various sitting areas around the property. This is a great place for a large family--so many areas to hang out and also to get a little privacy when you need it. The property has historic charm but is also tastefully modernized. The owners were communicative and everything went smoothly. We hope to stay there again in the future.

Nice location with a beautiful view! The house has all you need including spaces to gather and many cozy spaces to get away. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and some basic oils and spices. We enjoyed sitting outside in the shade by the house as well as at the beach which is across a very quiet side street. You should know that M-22 is the road on the other side of the house. So, I’m the down side, there is traffic noise when you are sitting up by the house or in some of the bedrooms but we didn’t really notice it much when at the beach. On the upside It’s a very convenient location for walking to the grocery store, “Hop Lot” and downtown (all just a few min walk)! The house is very clean and the hosts are very easy to work with and respond quickly.
