We had a fantastic experience staying at this Villa in Termini on the Amalfi Coast. The location was perfect for us, with a small town atmosphere and plenty of opportunities to immerse ourselves in the local culture. The Villa was spectacular! The manager of the Villa, Luca from T4T was easy to communicate with through "What'sApp" and incredibly helpful in planning our vacation and ensuring that we had an unforgettable time. The Villa itself was spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our group of eight adults. The Villa was stocked with all the necessary items such as clean linens, paper products and kitchen items. The surrounding hiking trails offered stunning views, and we enjoyed dining at the nearby family-run restaurants. The local residents were also warm and welcoming. Overall, our trip to the Amalfi Coast was truly memorable. I highly suggest the chefs, Concetta and Katia. They provided two delicious, fresh Italian meals and made pizza in the outdoor pizza oven.

We really loved the place. Jacuzzi is a small pool not a hot tub we lost that in translation but it was warm enough to use. The views are stunning. Highly recommend! A few notes for what its worth: We used Massimo to schedule some boat trips which were awesome. Went to Capri. Crowds were ridiculous there as were prices at the restaurant ($180 for 2 small pieces of fish) but next time would’ve spent more time in boat less time in Capri. We mentioned getting ice since we are from US and it sounds like he’s going to get an ice maker. We just made ice using trays since we made drinks. Ice in Europe isn’t a thing ;). We were warned about the narrow street especially the last .5 mile since we rented a van as we had 9 of us. Since I had lived in Spain we didn’t have a problem just be ready to backup and find places to let people by. Smaller car is of course best but it was doable for us. You need a good driver for a larger vehicle. There was 2 large parking spots for Van.

Such a great find. Away from the crowds of Amalfi, this is a true oasis overlooking Capri and delivers a beautiful sunset every evening! Cheers to Luca who helped us arrange amazing dinners and awesome outings to Capri, Pompei and Amalfi. Hope to be back soon! This is a truly special place. Appreciate the wonderful hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay in Termini at Massimo's place. It's a 5 star Villa. The Villa is as described and has great views. On our second night we were able to view the most spectacular lightning show over the island of Capri. We also witnessed beautiful sunsets over the island of Capri. We were able to do day trips to nearby Positano as well as Capri by Ferry from Sorrento. The location is remote and quiet which is what we were looking for.

Great place for relaxation and to disconnect. Amazing views!!!! Great patio, unfortunately our visit was in the winter and we weren’t really able to fully enjoy it. Massimo is a great host and super responsive and his welcome basket was a very nice gesture. When I booked I didn’t realize how remote the location really is. A car is a must and the access road to the house is difficult for non European drivers as the roads are very narrow. They arranged for us to have dinner at Lo Stuzzichino … definitely recommend it! The ladies that come to the house to cook are also a great addition to your stay!
