We were headed to Ka'Haiya's home from a less than great experience at our first airbnb. Let's just say that staying here renewed our faith in people and also saved our first visit to Hawaii. Perfect location. Great hostess. Beautiful and comfortable space. If you read my other reviews you'll see I am not shy about offering feedback. I'm also not an influencer offering a prosaic essay in my reviews. I just tell it like it is. You'll be happy if you stay here.

We loved our stay! We felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The place was cozy, clean, and very private. The farm fresh eggs in the fridge, fruit/veggie stand right outside, and fully stocked kitchen were a nice touch. Our baby loved the chickens and playing in the grass outside. The host was lovely, always responded very quickly, and gave great recommendations. We will definitely be back!

This place is literal heaven on earth. No chemical or toxic smells at all. It just smells like beautiful flowers from the air drifting in. You hear faint chickens and crickets. I am very sensitive to smell and noise and this place calmed my nervous system. It was perfect in every way. I can’t describe how thankful I am to have stayed here. The host is just incredible too.

When we first stumbled upon this flat on Airbnb, it seemed almost too good to be true. But everything was as perfect as it seemed online. The host was thoughtful, gracious, and provided excellent recommendations. We’ll be back!

This is really a sanctuary! The apartment is on the upper floor with a great deck and nice views into the nature. The apartment itself is spacious - living room, bedroom and bath - and the kitchen offers everything you need to cook your own meals and much more than we expected. We felt at home the moment we entered the apartment. Check-In and Check-Out with Ka‘Hayia were super easy and she is a perfect host. I would highly recommend this place if you want to explore the South of Big Island: South Point, Green Sands Beach and the Volcanoes are easy to reach from here.
