This is a beautiful location. Very rural, which we loved. Very quiet. The host was the kindest and friendliest and most unobtrusive person you'll ever meet. She is a jewel. I would recommend this lovely home!

This was our first trip to the island (family of 4 with adult children) and this was a perfect location to explore during the day and relax/rest for the night. The home had everything we needed for our stay and host is incredibly kind and thoughtful with personal hospitality touches. We enjoyed the evening sounds and morning visits with the chickens. We appreciated the book about the property and surrounding areas, local references and easy to reference notes around the house. The simplicity and serenity were exactly what we were hoping for and would highly recommend to anyone else looking for the same thing. Host is super responsive and friendly!

Wonderful choice for a group of friends or family to stay on the Big Island. Absolutely gorgeous nature surrounding the house, very private, has everything you need for a peaceful vacation. I'll definitely choose this Airbnb again for family visits to the Big Island.

We liked the home, relaxing and peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. Kids friendly. My kids loved the place. Host was very responsive and nice. She offered farm grown tasty fruits. Since its located in southern big island, if you are exploring the south it’s perfect. But if you want to explore the whole island , traveling will consume much time(like 2.45min to reach northern island)
