Wonderful place in the gourmet ghetto part of Berkeley! Close to so many great things and at a very reasonable price. If you have the opportunity to stay here, it's 100% worth making your base while staying in Berkeley!

I booked Kira and Dan’s apartment for a close friend coming to visit for the weekend. Absolutely everything about the reservation process and her stay itself was easy, effortless, and extremely positive. She adored the apartment and really loved the super comfortable bed and wonderful linens. Thank you so much, Kira and Dan! We will definitely be back.

Flexible hosts and fine, useful, pleasant place to stay; ideally located. Checking in, the motion triggered lights wouldn't trigger until far down a steep driveway, so a dark moonless night left us finding flashlights at the last minute. Only wrinkle in entire stay. Perfect location, good kitchen.

The studio was very comfortable and quiet. The location is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants. A lovely neighborhood.

Kira and Dan's place has it all--peaceful and private, and also within a couple block walk to the Gourmet Ghetto, grocery stores, a CVS, and plenty of shops. I loved being able to take a quick walk to pick up things or meet friends for dinner, or the bus, Uber, or nice walk to the Downtown Berkeley BART to pop over to the City. The unit, itself, was off the backyard behind and under the main house with its own, private, fenced-in patio. Plenty of natural light during the day. It is located on a very quiet, residential street and is immediately next to the lush Live Oak Park, with both sunny lawns and a shady ravine--a creek runs through it! The space is nicely appointed and the bathroom and kitchen were spotless and freshly designed. I really appreciated the Keurig. I would definitely stay here, again, and will try when I'm back next year!
