The location is great - it is a dead end which made the street peaceful and quiet. We drove our car so having that off street parking spot was very nice. Willie was very responsive. We had an issue with the AC so we were without it for over a day, but Willie kept us informed on the status of the repair and took care of it as soon as he could get the new piece for the repair. He also came over to troubleshoot an issue with the cable box. It’s worth noting that the condo has visible signs of wear and use. Most noticeable are the broken window blinds. Every one of them was broken, missing pieces, and the main living room windows were missing blinds altogether. Also the curtain rods in the bedroom and living room looked like they were going to fall off the walls, the hardware was loosely hanging off the walls. The space did not feel super clean, like it was quickly wiped down prior to our arrival. The walls are scuffed up a bit. None of this is a huge deal and all of it is easy to fix.

This is a great quiet place to stay outside of the city! It was spotless and perfect to unwind after a long day out in the city.

We had a small issue with the door code upon arrival, but the host took care of us immediately. The place was great, but I’m not sure I’d recommend if you are a light sleeper. The foot traffic upstairs was pretty loud all night long and you could easily hear snoring from that guest. If none of that bothers you, I highly recommend. It’s in such a nice little neighborhood.
