This room was a delightful 15 minute drive from the center of BSE, and was easily found (although a little off the beaten track!). The property and grounds are beautiful and the room itself is a fantastic size with large ensuite. It was bath only (no shower) but what a good excuse to indulge yourself! Will and Lu were able to put me up at short notice, and were genuinely hospitable throughout. They even got up early on a Sunday to give me breakfast! I would unreservedly recommend a stay here, and hope to return in the future. Thank you Will and Lu!

A beautiful full of character old Suffolk Farmhouse in a perfectly tranquil location. Hosts are very welcoming and responsive ? The bedroom and en suite bathroom are very spacious and airy with a fabulous Super King size bed. Breakfast was continental but plentiful and good quality especially the coffee. The nearby village pub serves good food at a sensible price.
