Appartamento molto bello e luminoso situato in un consorzio molto tranquillo. Ottima posizione a piedi dal mare. C'è pure un piccolo bazar vicino. Consigliatissimo! Vito e Rita, la governante, sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili.

We had an amazing time at Villa Camilla! The house is in a great secluded location - very close to the beach, and with everything you need for the day-to-day available close-by (market, restaurants, pizzeria). There is plentiful space both inside and outside the property, with big rooms and many bathrooms, and the house provides everything you need for your stay. Vito is a great host, very responsive and always available for questions. I would definitely recommend Villa Camilla to everyone looking for a relaxing holiday on the beach.

The villa is as nice as the pics suggest; there is everything you need in the house and more. It's really like living in someone's home which makes you immediately relax and appreciate the surroundings. The bedrooms are good sizes (bedroom four is small, and has the ikea day bed that can be a double, but then takes up the entire room), and the bathrooms are really nice - not always the case in Italy! The lounge, kitchen and dining area are also very comfortable, although the A/C in this area struggles a little (unlike in the bedrooms). The garden is lovely to sit out in the evening and the mosquitoes are not too bad!! The location is great, in a gated community that has a super little supermarket a minute away that has all the essentials, but also fresh breakfast pastries (cornetti) and and freshly made pasta and pizza that you can order or pick up if it's available, which is of a very high standard and very reasonably priced. It's a few minutes walk from the local beach where Vito has an umbrella and two beds for the summer, and where there is a decent bar and restaurant. And then it's only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Sperlonga and the glorious coastline. The housekeeper Rita and her daughter Laura were very helpful and welcoming, as was Vito in the communications on the app and the one time we needed to speak during our visit. Highly recommend the villa and the area.
