With an 'eco-friendly' ethos, the Centre itself boasts solar water heating, rainwater harvesting and a bacteria based waste water treatment facility which requires the management of the type of washing detergents that can be used and therefore an onsite laundry facility within the quadrangle is provided together with a supply of the appropriate washing detergents. To ensure the safety of our guests an integrated smoke and fire alarm system with emergency lighting is connected throughout all of the accommodation and linked to an emergency phone line. Consideration has been given to those with mobility impairment and construction was completed using the National Accessible Scheme (NAS) criteria.
