We enjoyed our stay in here. It was quiet and peaceful, even during New Year Eve we didn’t hear any commotion around it. It felt secured with good privacy. The house is located to many restaurants, markets and metro stations. They are all within walking distances. Fabrice was very helpful when we have issues with the hot water, he responded quickly. If you have elderly or young children in your group, be mindful as some of the stairs are quite steep. The house is unique and fun with different levels and spacious. It’s definitely have lots of personal charms. Lastly, it could use a little bit dusting and sweeping otherwise it was a nice relaxing place to stay.

Our family of 8, consisting of 6 adults and 2 kids, stayed at Fabrice's place for 5 days. It suited our group perfectly, with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us and two living rooms as well as a large, well equipped kitchen. This home was very well situated with the metro and RER just a short walk away. You can see the Eiffel Tower in the distance from the road outside the house, which was an unexpected surprise! And an even better view of the Eiffel Tower was just a 5-10 minute walk away. There is also a lovely park nearby, which my kids loved! Fabrice was very easy to communicate with and was very quick to respond to any request we had. I would highly recommend Fabrice's house.

Fabrice was super helpful and polite. There are many steps to get to bedrooms, keep that in mind for young children’s and seniors. The home is super spacious.

This listing was in a good, quiet location. The pictures showed a flat that was well maintained with beautiful patio area. Clearly there is a family living there much of the time. The owners could benefit to replace well worn and stained furniture as well as better maintain garden area.

Ubicado en una hermosa zona muy cerca de la torre Eiffel. El departamento es amplio y cómodo. Un poco complicado el sistema de llaves pero nada terrible.
