Had a fantastic time staying at Adrian’s & Faye’s caravan. Very clean and homely with modern furnishing. Also, loved the balcony.

Adrian's place was easy to locate, parking superb, the caravan was extremely clean & tidy, accessible to Looe, home from home, looking forward to booking again!

The caravan was exceptionally clean with no smell as some we have stayed in. Everything was there/available on list to use apart from an iron, we did not find one but was of no major consequence. A guide in caravan would have been useful to let you know what was on site and shop times open etc what can be got locally, best pub etc...as many BnB provide this. A good location to explore local sights, Looe, Polperro...on a quiet area of the caravan park. We did not use the Parkdean facilities as such only the restaurant but we were not impressed with the food or exaggerated prices. Would recommend, especially if you have children.

Lovely property well cared for and clean, Easy drive into Looe and lots of other places to visit, Always quick response and would love to visit again Sarah & Jake :)
