Excellent facilities, super clean, fully equipped and exactly as advertised and photographed. The location and road far exceeded my expectations as I have a little knowledge of the area and I felt safe yet private. I loved the courtesy message from the host a few days into my stay asking if all was okay - such a lovely gesture. Anyone who gives any negative comments about this property must be professional ‘moaners’ because there really is nothing to fault. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The property had excellent parking and was located with easy access to both ends of the M27. The amenities were very well kept and I would expect to stay there again. That is the best recommendation I can think of.

Mark’s apartment is in a great location, near Fareham station, the M27 & local shops restaurants. It was very clean. Comfortable & well maintained. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Mark.

If you’re looking for a home away from home, this is it! This little gem is right beside Fareham train station and walking distance to many amenities down the road! P.S. please check out Soothills Bakery at the end of the road, the bakes are worth the queue! If you’re not planning on exploring out, that’s okay because this apartment is quaint and lovely just to cozy in, watching netflix and the fully equipped kitchen is great if you want to cook! Lovely design, clean and bright and perfect for one to two people! Mark has been extremely friendly, accommodating and quick to respond, check in instructions clear as day and i highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel the comfort of home! I know i’m definitely coming back if they’ll have me! 12/10 stars!
