We traveled with our two dogs, one being a pup. Gail’s fenced in backyard was perfect for them to runaround in. Gail is a very talented artist and you can see her beautiful work in her house. She’s a kind, gentle soul.

Gail was very sweet with our puppy and flexible with check in. The room is part of the main house- really a guest bedroom- with a separated bathroom. All spaces except for the bedroom and bathroom are shared. Perfect for a short stay and great price for the area.

I spent six weeks over the holidays at Gail's place. I enjoyed the quiet, clean bedroom and bathroom, the living and dining areas that I had practically to myself, the Wi-Fi that was fast enough for me to work remotely, the off-street parking, and the easy access to downtown Simsbury. Additional storage was provided for my luggage so I wouldn't be tripping over it once I'd unpacked. Thank you for having me, Gail!

My wife and I found Gail to be very pleasant to work with. Her house is centrally located near the center of town and the junior high school. The outside doesn't look like much but the living areas were quite comfortable and clean. She provided full cable TV services and a very comfortable space to watch. The kitchen was small but adequate. The bathroom and bedroom were spotless. The bathroom had a wonderful shower, and the bedroom had plenty of closet space. Overall we were very satisfied with the accommodations and would definitely recommend it to others.
