The hosts and staff (mostly) here are top notch, but the property has some issues. First, the not-so-great points. The suspension or discontinuation of the breakfast is major, if you’re a breakfast eater, because there are no places nearby that offer a comparable meal. There was no restaurant at the Inn when we were there. were also issues with housekeeping not doing the daily emptying of the trash, changing of the towels, and tidying of the room by a reasonable time without the involvement of the front desk or the manager. On the plush side, a long overdue renovation of the guest rooms is scheduled to start in June 2022. The bathrooms have already been renovated and they are very nice. The front desk staff are great, as is the property manager. The housekeeping staff is friendly and accommodating.

It's a regular hotel, in a nice district, Hayes Valley. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room was on the small side, as expected for the price. The Chez Maman restaurant nearby is great!

My girlfriend and I were in town for a few days to see a show at the Curran. For the price this place was not bad. For an extra 40 a night you can park your car with their valet which is super helpful since parking can be tricky in San Francisco.

Perfect location, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely on my list of places to stay when I return to San Francisco.
