Our stay was short quaint and so relaxing before the solar eclipse 2024. We felt right at home and was very happy with how comfy and cozy we felt. The decor was stunning. We hope to return and explore Waterloo! Thank you so much for accommodating us! 🧡

Exactly Like the Pictures! Host was proactive and friendly. Place was neat and linens were clean. Would stay there again :)
Very homely and the bed was so comfortable!
Brian was an excellent host ,very informative and friendly. We were there celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and he made our stay very special. He was sure to acknowledge our special day and made us feel like family. We will definitely stay again.

I've lived in this area all my life. Why should I leave when we have everything here? We're in a safe community close to the big city. I make my living conducting estate sales. I enjoy helping people give their precious possessions new homes. Sometimes I acquire new antiques for my collection. Now that my children are grown, I decided to open up my historic home to travelers. I also manage three vacation rental properties in town and have helped the owner achieve "superhost" status. I enjoy meeting people from all over the US and the world.
