I stayed here for a month, and could not have loved my time more. The studio is perfectly sized, well laid out, and the location could not be better. There was a surprising amount of storage, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need, and the bathroom was spacious. Andrea was so friendly and quick to respond to all communications. Would strongly recommend to everyone!

Andrea is such a wonderful host. The studio is very private, and fully stocked but with lots of space for your own stuff. It's a comfy, bright, oasis up in the hills with all the luxuries of big city life right nearby. I'm so thankful to have been a guest.

Andrea's place had everything you needed. It's a quite neighborhood, walkable, it also had a park near by for anyone who loves to take morning walks! A few coffee shops down the road as well! Andrea was always ready to help out or give recommendations if you needed it. Stayed for a month with a friend and even though it's a studio it didn't feel small at all :)

If Andrea's place is available, don't hesitate! Take it! I been to more than 30 airbnbs over the last few years and Andrea's place is top 5 on my list! Full working kitchen, step outside thru the wall of windows to a beautiful 100% private patio (I watched Netflix on the patio nightly), comfy bed, extra linens, 5 minutes walkable to a strip of Echo Park eateries, bakery, and strolling locals + their pups. And the best part? Andrea's just a text away (if you any little thing at all) and you're on your own if you don't! You'll want to make her your "friend in LA" ! I did!

Had a wonderful 6ish weeks in Andrea's home and she was such a welcoming and charming host. She even had me over for both dinner and drinks. The neighborhood is really cute and walkable and Andrea did an excellent job summarizing all of the great cafes and restaurants as well as the chances for outdoor activities. I worked from the studio much of the time. Sometimes the internet could be finicky but it would go away with a quick restart. Would 100 percent stay there again.
