Cindy & Garrett are in the entertainment world. He is a bassist, engineer, producer & videographer. I am a composer, singer, pianist & teacher. We have 6 children, 7 grandchildren & Koko, a 5 yr old Boxer/Rottweiler who's happy to romp around the yard with you. I (Cindy) teach piano and voice. If your job requires you sleep during the day this house may not be quiet enough for you. No pets in that space please. No laundry privileges.
