The house itself was very nice - large space with lots of activities (e.g., pickleball, volleyball, pool) and well maintained. The check-in process felt more complicated than it needed to be (e.g., they arbitrarily require the individual checking in to be 33) and communication got confusing at times since so many different representatives would reach out, some without context. Everyone was very friendly and trying to help, it just could have been a lot simpler.

We spent a 4 day weekend with 12 friends in this house to celebrate a few birthdays and this was the perfect location. The house was for perfect for a staycation for a large group due to the amenities. There's a pool, hot tub, pickle-ball court, ping pong table and volleyball court. Communication with the host was quick and easy and they made us feel welcome. They checked-in to make sure we found everything to be satisfactory and also communicated regularly prior to our check-in date. Location was fantastic. The house is 10 min away from restaurants and shops and the neighborhood was great for early morning runs. Our entire group wished we stayed longer. Thanks Holiday Rentals!
