This is a very nice Condo. There are some stairs, but they’re easy to climb and the beautiful view of Bullhead City and the Colorado River is well worth. It’s gated, with a guard, very, very, quiet, clean, and well run with two pools. The Condo is about as comfortable as it could be. We were so pleased!

Third floor condo with day and evening views, very quiet, you wont realize you have neighbors, and very private.....the condo complex provides above average security and the property is very safe and secure........and that's how it feels.

The condo was very safe and I felt right at hone. Kim and Denise were always available for any questions I had. Lovely condo with lots of room. Beautiful views from living room window. Comfortable furniture and decor. I enjoyed my stay in Laughlin so very much.
