La comunicación con Loic ha sido fluida, ha solucionado amablemente tía las dudas. Nos ha hecho recomendaciones muy interesantes respecto a la zona. La casa era tal como se indicaba en el anuncio, aunque es más grande de lo que parece en las fotos. Amplia, muy limpia, decorada con buen gusto. Es muy luminosa, fuimos en invierno y pudimos desayunar en el patio ya que da el sol todo el día. Se ve el mar desde la cocina. La zona tranquila, pero cerca de restaurantes y tiendas y la playa. La calefacción funciona correctamente. En general muy bien la casa, la zona y la recepción.

Just got back from a week at Loic's place. It was superb everything we could wish for from the place, tarnquil during the day with no loud music or any disturbing noises. The Villa is situated about 50 meters from the beach, as you exit the Villa and turn left and make a short walk your breath is taken away by the stunning views. There is lots to do in Albir, if you want more hustle and bustle then Benidorm is only a short bus ride away. Should you like some culture then head off to Altea, which you can either walk if you are feeling energetic or catch a bus to leave you physically able to walk to the beautiful old town on the hill. Eating out in Albir is affordable too with plenty of choice of either fast foods or sampling some of the local delicasies. What ever you decide you will not be disappointed. So from us as family this place ticked all the boxes and then some.

Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve ! La maison est très confortable, et nous avons été reçus comme des rois par Loïc qui nous avait préparé un pack d'accueil avec des boissons bien fraîches etc.. à notre arrivée. Loïc est un hôte très prévenant et adorable avec ses convives et très disponible. L'Albir est une ville douce, la plage est magnifique et tous les commerces sont à proximité de la maison. Nous ne pouvons que recommander, et les yeux fermés! Nous reviendrons très certainement, nous avons vraiment eu un coup de cœur et les vacances 2023 étaient dignes d'être qualifiées de paradisiaques tellement tout était parfait en tout points. Merci Loïc !

The location of this house is great, bars, restauarnts and shops within 100 metres. From start contact right up to leaving communications were the best I have ever had. There was plenty of space both inside and out. The outside area has a great BBQ for that outside eating. A great place to stay in Albir, a great host, excellent communication through out so give it go.
