We had an unfortunate and disappointing experience during our stay at the apartment. To meet our new born grandson, cousin and nephew we traveled with two other grandchildren and their parents all the way from the Netherlands. The baby had to go back to the hospital due to medical issues. While the parents visiting the baby in the hospital and the two children were with us in the apartment we received a message from the host that children are not allowed according to a “no children policy”. This policy was not communicated and thus not known by us. We moved out that day with our cooked diner to eat it at another location. If we knew about the “no children policy” we wouldn’t have selected this apartment. This policy we had to deal with, had a negative impact on our flexibility during our two week stay since we were afraid to make too much noise. There is only one set of towels per person, refreshed after one week. Apartment was clean, complete and convenient as advertised.

Very thoughtful and attentive host. MaryLee provides clear instructions and responds promptly and helpfully if any questions or issues arise. Beautiful location with access to a walking trail with river views.

MaryLee’s place was very clean and nice. She would respond to emails on the site very quickly. The space was very nice and the natural light was very nice. I recommend this place.

This is a very comfortable apartment that is clean, convenient and well-run by Mary Lee. We will be back when visiting our kids in Hastings!

Once again, this apartment was the prefect place for a visit to Hastings. Quiet, clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable. The partial view of the Hudson and the Palisades cliffs is a nice bonus. The nearby parking is also great. I won’t hesitate to stay there again when I return to visit family.
