If you’re looking for a charming cottage surrounded by the beauty of nature, the Summer Kitchen is the place to stay. Maddy and Howard have created an oasis of peace there that refreshed our spirits. They are attentive hosts and the cottage was sparkling clean and well appointed. We highly recommend it!
What a wonderful stay! Maddy and Howard were so welcoming to us and fantastic hosts. They were easy to contact and made it clear that they were available for anything we needed; that said, everything we could need was already provided. This included a delicious selection of breakfast items in the cabin and coffee. The cabin was full of charm and the property was such a restful and beautiful place to visit. They were also kind enough to allow us to tour the on site pottery and basket studios...beautiful work! We look forward to visiting again! Howard and I met in Vermont over 30 years ago, and purchased the cabin 20 years ago for a family summer retreat. We still maintain and use it ourselves when it is not rented, as our extended family lives in the community. We hope that if you decide to stay at our place, that you cherish the time spent there as much as we do!
