We enjoyed staying at Jake's place. We loved the location to the North shore of Bear Lake. Loved that it wasn't in the crazy of Garden City. Parking was great. The area was quiet. Lots of space in the Loft for lots of sleeping bags. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans to cook and eat with. Lots of supplies if needed. Loved the large porch to sit on and enjoy the outdoors. It was fun to be in a cabin instead of a condo or house. Couches were comfy.

I would definitely stay here again! AC unit in the main living room/kitchen. Great location. Within 20 min from Northshore. Clean, and comfy. Great for families.

quality cabin with a lot of room for the amount of guests we had. great location to north Beach and helpful host. Our few complaints are that this place is HOT, only one window A/C unit for a big property and copious amounts of fans to try and get airflow but this place doesn't become comfortable till well after the sun sets in the summer. besides the heat there are very limited onsite linens so the people on the pull out couches were stuck with stained mattresses without linens or blankets when the cabin eventually got to a comfortable temperature. this place could use some more cooling and linens, other than that this served our needs for the evening
