入住当天让房东等到11点多，但Michelle 很热情迎接我们进屋，进了房间还看到她给我们准备的两瓶水，好暖心，房间里也很干净整洁，她的房子旁边就有公交车去法拉盛地铁站，所以交通也算便利，下次来纽约还住她家，谢谢Michelle

Absolutely perfect. Michelle house is the best room with a private bathroom in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Super clean. I loved being there for 2 months. The next time in New York i am booking it again. Only 6 min walking to the train station that takes to Manhattan in 20 min. Michelle was super helpful once I forgot my keys inside and she opened the room, also letting me my lugagge in the hallway once checked out.

Jixian place was good and what I really liked the most was private bathroom. When I needed something, they helped me quickly. But, the problem is the long term tenant at the Airbnb, which I didn’t expect. As the walls are thin, I could hear everything and she was extremely loud even after the 10 pm quiet time. I chose this place specifically since there wasn’t a kitchen, but she somehow managed to cook all the time which made the place smell often. Due to her constant loud speaking at 2 and 3 in the morning I could barely sleep or had to use ear plugs to drown out the noise. The place is in a great location in a peaceful neighborhood, close to downton flushing 18 mins if you walk and 5 minutes by bus. However, due to loud, noisy and bossy tenant I would not recommend this place.

Very nice warm room
