Cute waterfront cottage with wonderful views. Clean and comfortable. Very close to town with easy access to restaurants, beaches and other places of interest. Although, not far off the main road, it was very quiet. The hosts communicated well providing easy access for check in, contacting them with requests and online guides for the home. It is a perfect place to stay and enjoy all that the Cape has to offer!

This place has a gorgeous view but the photos do more justice than the uneventful “walk in.” Noticeable smells, hot and stuffy with no way to cool down other than opening all windows. The front door is not very secure while it locks from outside we didn’t feel it was secure enough. Overall we loved the view and the location, but we feel that the price should go toward updating furniture and comfort levels to guests

Bugs found in bed. Mouse poop in kitchen. Photo showed air hockey table that wasn’t there. Rip in couch. Stained bed sheets. Will not be staying again and do not recommend.

This nice little waterfront cottage was perfect for the first half of our New England Trip! Very close to multiple trendy restaurants and shops with great access to other surrounding towns! The beaches were close and convenient for seal watching and lighthouses. We had a great time!
