My husband and I (and our dog) stayed at AKA for the month of November. We really liked it: great location near the WH, National Mall, museums, and countless restaurants and bakeries. The space was just as described, and very clean. Staff was friendly and responsive. As an unexpected bonus, we got free parking and weekly cleaning. It wasn’t cheap but felt like a good value. Some cabinetry and fixtures were showing their age a bit, and the kitchen wasn’t stocked for any kind of real cooking… typical of corporate apartments I guess. Nonetheless, will return and we definitely recommend. Ask for H street view otherwise you look out to offices and/or mechanicals.

AKA White House is truly an incredibly awesome place to stay. The perfect location to enjoy DC or have everything close for business. The facility was modern, inviting, and comfortable . The staff is attentive. The location is second to none. There is nothing better than stepping in from DC to such a welcoming home. Everything is right here, walk, bike, drive, everything is so close. We look forward to coming back and going to another AKA location in the future. If will be my pleasure to recommend AKA to others.

The rooms have modern amenities from the beds, towels, sheets, dish wear, and furniture . The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The only challenge was the parking as the lot is very tight getting in and out of the spaces, but other than that a great and comfortable stay for long term.
