We had a great weekend and never stopped talking about the fantastic view. The layout of the condo works really well (for example: separate bathrooms for both downstairs bedrooms, plus another upstairs) and everything was extremely comfortable and clean. There's a nice balcony, and the children loved the loft. It was the perfect spot for a ski weekend for two families.

Great place to stay in Boyne City, slept 8 adults comfortably, loved having three full restrooms. View of Lake Charlevoix is beautiful, not far from Boyne Mountain or Highlands.

I’ve been to this place before and it hasn’t disappointed so far. The place looks great inside and there’s a lot of beds for bigger groups. The location is also ideal.

Patty’s place is fantastic. We went up north for a ski trip and it was like a 30min drive to the Highlands which is not bad. If you go to Boyne Mountain, that would be way much closer. The house is pretty spacious and clean with all the necessities stocked up. We initially had eight people but ended up only having six as some of them got sick. We were so glad that didn’t change the plan and came anyways. You might need to manually pull up the garage door as the button doesn’t seem to work. Otherwise, everything has been great. Patty is responsive and super nice! Thanks for hosting us!
