Maintenance delay, a slow response not worth it to stay. Overcharged, bathroom not clean well, had broken bathroom tap. No action has been taken. Need cleanup attention. The main door has a security problem unable to open the door, which happens many times. Not satisfied with staying a long time. No lights in the parking area, and many times no response. The agreement specified no pets were allowed but tenants never paid attention. There is a dog with other tenants and he never says a word. Bad experiences, last-minute send messages that I am leaving due to an emergency, and never received a single response.

The place was freezing when I checked in. I was never told the heat was broken. I didn’t sleep that well because the mattress was too soft. The location wasn’t very convenient but that’s my fault not for researching it before hand. Also was never told that there were more than 3 people were living there.
