Britt’s place was perfect. It was on a nice private piece of property with a cute yard, including grill, table, outdoor shower and lots of private space. Britt was so responsive and helpful. 5 star place and host. Beautiful views of the bay where you get launch kayaks. Super close to a gorgeous beach a few blocks away. Plenty of space inside and out. Very comfy couches and living areas. Nice to have separate tv room from another sitting room. Lots of natural light and openness. We’d love to come back!

Absolutely loved our LDW stay at Britt's place with my and my sister's family. We usually stay at the opposite of the island so a visit to Barnegut Light was a change of pace and a most pleasant stay that I think we may almost prefer moving forward. (Much quieter and less congested). Britt was incredibly responsible, responsive, helpful and accommodating to all of our needs and any questions I asked of her. Her space is quaint, charming, spacious, clean and bright. the sunsets from the bay across the street was our favorite part of our stay on her property. We will most definitely be back for another stay and thank you, Britt, for being a wonderful host.

Fantastic experience. Quaint little house right on the bay. Nothing fancy but exactly what you’d expect and very clean. My three kids had such a blast. Appreciated britts recco to go to the 9th street beach bc the 12st one is a hike (very wide beach and lots of sand to trek across).

Britt’s house was perfect for our family of 6. Bedrooms were comfortable with working AC, which is important in summer. Walked to beach and had access to chairs, beach passes and beach umbrella. Host was very responsive and pleasant. Will definitely revisit. Thanks.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you want something quiet and peaceful but with many activities to do. The property is near a great children’s playground, tennis courts, the beach, the lighthouse, and a marina. Britt was very helpful with all of my questions.
