You can't beat the location of this perfect, family friendly beach home. Located only 4 houses from a quiet beach & only steps away from all the amenities that Surf City has to offer. This uncrowded north end location has everything you need -Groceries, ice-cream, coffee shop, restaurants, butcher, fish market... all within walking distance. The backyard is fully fenced in and the salt water pool has a very shallow deck for young kids to splash around in. *Friday-Friday rental in season.

There are 6 parking spots under the house and you'll never have to get back in your car unless you want to venture outside of Surf City!
