Situated in Fallbarrow Park, a resort like place which has multiple options to stay in. This is a cabin known as Beach Hill. The cabin was spacious. Location is brilliant. 2 min walk from the town. All restaurants, bars and supermarkets are in close proximity. It’s a 10 min walk or 2 min drive to Windermere lake. The cabin had all the listed amenities. No coffee/tea- please get your own. The cabin was extremely clean and well kept. Surroundings are really peaceful and pretty and car parking is right outside the entrance of the cabin. Jenny was responsive and even accommodated early check in by an hour. Wi-Fi is slow and decor is very basic. Other than that, a really good option for friends, families or couples.

Lovely lodge exactly as described. The lodge is warm, the kitchen is clean and well equipped. Great location. Easy to find and to park. I would have given 5 stars however, the travel cot provided was broken and had to be wedged to stay up. The high chair was stained the tray was covered in food and grime from the previous user ( I did end up accidently breaking the high chair and have paid for a new one so shouldn't be an issue now). But if I would go again I would bring my own cot and chair as these items weren't clean or in good working condition. The host is responsive and was nice when I reported the breakage of the high chair, but wasn't very apologetic that the items were dirty or the travel cot broken. Overall,if you have little ones bring your own stuff, and if you don't you are guaranteed to have a lovely stay.

We had a lovely nights stay at beech lodge, the grounds that the lodge is on is gorgeous, the lodge itself was immaculate, warm for us when we arrived and had everything we needed! We would happily stay again x
