Welcome to the Corner Cottage! The house is all yours, right in the heart of Mammoth Spring, AR. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants and just a short car ride to Spring River. Self check in with a door code, so you can just walk in, drop your bags and make yourself at home. Comfortably accommodates 6 guests with 3 bedrooms. All the amenities of home with a furnished kitchen and washer & dryer. Comfortable place to rest after a fun day on the river. Parking is on the street. You can use both sides of the road, but please be considerate and not take up the neighbors parking.

Had a great stay. Very comfortable and tastefully decorated.
Our stay at the Corner Cottage could not have been better. The hostess had superb communication skills and the property was in great condition. For little more than the cost of a motel room we had full kitchen, den, and three bedrooms. Highly recommend this property.
We have rented from Alexis the last 3 years (this home twice and one of her properties in Thayer. Always a great experience! Hopefully we will be back next year!
Great place, close to relatives we went to visit. Easy walk to the town and park. Clean nice place.
For an older home, it was a clean, comfortable place to stay! Hannah was prompt and helpful when i inquired about heat and towels.

The Cottage is in a nice neighborhood so we ask that our guest be considerate of the neighbors. No loud parties and please don't go knocking on doors. We will be happy to answer your questions ourselves.
If you wanted you could walk to Main St for food and a few shops. Less than a 5 minute drive to Thayer for grocery shopping and our (small) local Wal-Mart. There are a few more fast food options in Thayer as well. Stop by our beautiful Mammoth Spring State Park for picnicking, a walking trail, a free tour of the train depot and nice gift shop. All still open with local COVID-19 protocols .
