Condo was located in a nice quiet area with many amenities offered. Ryan was very proactive in addressing arrival and departure and stay instructions and quick to respond to guest’s questions. Kitchen was well equipped and beach supplies available for use was a real plus.

it was very nice but was evident that the cleaning staff did the bare minimum per contract. Minimal supplies like dishwasher tabs and hand soap, but adequate. The turnover team just doesn't have any skin in the game. To be fair I had nothing significant enough as to contact Ryan. But overall, very nice accommodations, great beach supplies and everything worked. Great location where you can walk to most restaurants and beach bars to watch the sunset.

Well equipped and spacious apartment. Great location - 15 minutes walk to Bridge street and just across the road from the beech, trolley stop outside. Complex had a nice pool area with a heated pool, lots of sun beds. Small gym but adequate for a workout. Highly recommend Ryan’s place.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 10 days. It was a great place. We enjoyed the amenities and the beach was just across the street with easy access. The condo had everything we needed and Ryan was very helpful. We would highly recommend this condo. Friendly community.

Great location right across from the beach. Peaceful location, just far enough off the main road to be quiet. Condo had everything that you could need, plus some. Really enjoyed being able to easily access the bay and the beach. Host was very informative and responsive.
