While there are a few things I privately reported to the Host this booking did meet the requirements of having a fairly convenient drive to and from the beach every day with a fairly clean place to lay our heads at night and offered a place to refrigerate our waters over night and free WiFi/parking which isn’t the case for every where. For what we paid it was the most convenient location for the price. Easy instructions to get in and no major checkout instructions.

Great location for tournament at IMG Academy. Apartment is basic but comfortable and clean. Would stay here again.

This is the second property I’ve stayed at hosted by Viagem. This place was much better than the first property. It is basic accommodations by Airbnb standards but it was clean, quiet and next door to IMG so it served its purpose. If you are planning to cook then this is not a good choice. The kitchen has cups, plates, bowls and silverware but lacks cookware. The apartment is a third floor walk up. It’s near the exit gate for the community but it’s not noisy. I didn’t use the pool or gym so I cannot comment on those. It is literally next door to IMG so you can walk to and from campus which is very convenient. The host was very responsive. I had issues with the Wi-Fi and the door and both times they responded quickly and helped me resolve my issues.
