A lovely mobile home with the most incredible view. Kids loved the train passing by. Clean and secure. Quiet surroundings. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic caravan and beautifully presented. What a view!! Kids loved the steam train too. Deborah and Steve are great hosts and communication was too notch. Highly recommended.

Just spent 5 nights in this amazing caravan. The views are out if this world. 5 of us slept well. The caravan is well equipped with an excellent fridge freezer. Our teenagers enjoyed the onsite pool everyday which was lovely and warm. You can book slots at 9am with the lifeguard for 45 minutes each. We were always able to have the slot we wanted. We purchased passes at £6.50 each to gain access to the pool and club house. I believe there is daytime activities if you have younger children. We did lots of walking while we were there. Goodrington sands is about 15 minutes walk either by the coast path or road. The coast path is a bit tricky in places with steps and uneven surfaces but the views make it worth while. Paignton is another 15/20 minutes beyond Goodrington with spectacular views around the cliff tops. The steam train passes by the caravan regularly and it was lovely to wave to the passengers. The hosts were excellent and promptly answered any questions I had. I would 100% recommend this caravan and hope to return in the future.

Where do I start?? I honestly don’t think you could stay in a better location/ caravan. The caravan was beautiful, very clean and fully equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Beds were great, very comfortable. The views were breathtaking. I honestly have never seen a view so beautiful! Especially with the sun shining every day. The steam train was just amazing, going past the caravan every 40 mins from 10am till 4.45pm. The kids loved waving to the driver and the passengers! Check in and check out was very easy and stress free and Deborah and Steve were great hosts. With Torquay, brixham, Dartmouth and Paignton all within 15 mins of the caravan you really can’t go wrong for days out and beaches. If your still trying to decide whether to book this caravan just do it!! Honestly, you will not be disappointed. I’ll be back for sure !
